Torsey Garment Co is an apparel development and sourcing “agency” established by Joe Torsey in 2019. However, it is basically just me, Joe, working as a contract product person for whomever.

“Our” goal is to efficiently connect brands, products and factories and promote fair and transparent importation of quality garments.

“We” have spent the almost 20 years in varying roles in apparel planning, design, development, sourcing and production. From t-shirts to technical outerwear. “We” have already made every mistake in the book, so you don’t have to.

TGC operates as an outsourced product department for small / growing brands.

TGC partners with several overseas factories to create high-quality, sustainable garments at an equitable price. We’ve worked with these factories for years, frequently visit them in-person and trust their quality, ethics and sustainability. TGC’s partner factories are committed to ensuring quality of life and fair wages to their workers.
